Welcome to the Nylet web site. We hope you will find our mail order service useful, we have been packing products for despatch by post and courier to world-wide destinations since the mid 1960's.

All orders are processed promptly, goods are carefully and securely packed to ensure safe arrival to their destination. Sails are carefully packed inside tough postal tubes, and fittings are generally packed in light jiffy type padded bags. Tubing is installed inside tough plastic tubing and all other bulky items are handled appropriately. Postage rates (inside the UK) start at a little over two pounds, which is good value when you consider that the true cost to us of putting up and packing the average (smaller) order is over six pounds including staff wages, postage and invoicing costs.

We acknowledge all emailed orders and will advise you, via email/phone, as soon as items are despatched. Fittings and tubing are generally stock and turnaround is usually just a few days (or sooner) but products such as sails have to be manufactured and we will advise you of the estimated delivery time, which can vary with work load.

Making your order; if you intend to pay using pay pal then best option is to email us with a list. If paying via cheque then make your order out on our (printable) order form and enclose it with your remittance. Ensure that you give us full information for despatch of goods, and especially where a carrier is involved it is imperative that we have your landline phone number (for orders both in UK & abroad).

About our email facility, which we make a point of calling 'fast email' - we respond usually within a few hours. Should there be no reply in 24 hours then possibly the server is down (it happens sometimes) or we might be closed for a few days (check to see if a notice is posted on the home page).

OUR USUAL DESPATCH TIMES.
Fittings and tubing, allow 1-3 working days.
Yacht kits, allow up to 5 weeks.
Sails (in synthetic material) allow between 3 and 6 weeks.
Sails made in cotton material, estimated making time upon receipt of your detailed instructions..
